Automated daily literature briefing for the field, running as a Hugging Face Space. Queries the PubMed eutils API once a day for a fixed keyword set (de novo peptide sequencing, de novo sequencing with mass spectrometry, immunopeptidomics, and the tool names Casanovo, HelixNovo and DeepNovo), summarises each day’s hits with an LLM, and serves them as a dated report. A monitoring service rather than a curated collection, so it complements the hand-maintained meta-resources.
