  • NRP dereplication and sequencing: Sequences cyclic nonribosomal peptides from multistage mass spectrometry by spectral alignment, and dereplicates them comparatively against known NRPs. The first high-throughput route to a compound class with no genome to search and considerable pharmacological interest.
